It is practically oriented with workshops, which can be conducted online or in person, and deliver key competencies in the field of communication, practical sessions for practicing presentation skills, and individual coaching sessions.”
Assessment Center for Public Speaking and Communication
In a safe and nurturing environment participants give presentations and receive individual feedback, a development plan, and an improvement program for enhancing presentation and communication skills with 5 specific metrics.
The Assessment Center consists of a series of 3 tasks for public speaking assignments which aim to determine the individual improvement paths needed.
At the end of the assessment center, each participant receives an individual plan and development program, which are worked on during individual sessions.

Practice Sessions
- During the program, each participant works on a personal project presentation, developing their skills – presenting and improving presentations based on feedback during – 7 practice sessions.
- In each practical session, participants present a fraction of their presentation, practicing individual elements from the program (voice, body language, presentation structure).
Individual sessions
- Throughout the program, each participant has between 3 and 9 individual sessions, working with a mentor on their personal development plan crafted during the assessment center.
- These one-on-one individual sessions involve one participant and one mentor. During these sessions, the focus is on building confidence or on specific components that each participant needs to emphasize in order to achieve optimal results.
