Assessment Center for Public Speaking and Communication
In a safe and nurturing environment participants give presentations and receive individual feedback, a development plan, and an improvement program for enhancing presentation and communication skills with 5 specific metrics.
The Assessment Center consists of a series of 3 tasks for public speaking assignments which aim to determine the individual improvement paths needed.
At the end of the assessment center, each participant receives an individual plan and development program, which are worked on during individual sessions.
