Elitsa Kostova is a visionary, successful coach, and international business consultant. She is also an author of award-winning training programs:

Elitsa works with entrepreneurs from Dubai and one of the largest consortia in Belgium as a business consultant and trainer. She is a certified life coach by Noble Manhattan with over 2500 hours of practice, NLP practitioner, and a Master in Education and Training Management.
Elitsa has always known her calling, how to pursue it, and be happy with her choice – to help people who seek meaning and satisfaction in their careers and achieve significant goals.
Boyan Kelchev has extensive experience in the IT industry as a sales expert and management specialist. He graduated in Trade Economics from UNSS. He specializes in sales and business management in several IT companies, including IBM, HP, Bull, Stemo, and others.
In 2013, Boyan learned about Bitcoin, tried the technology for the first time, and realized the huge potential of the decentralized system for digital payments. In 2019, he participated in creating POYPE with the goal of bringing people and traders closer to using Bitcoin Cash in their daily lives and creating a local crypto ecosystem for greater financial autonomy for everyone.
Boyan is engaged in managing the creation of Voca Token – a crypto token used in the gamified programs of Voca Academy for both companies and individuals. He also leads some of the corporate training sessions at Voca Academy.
Maya Pavlova is a consultant, astrologer, and co-founder of Voca Academy and the author of the career orientation program Career Revolution.
Her calling is to help people know themselves and understand their place in the world, combining practices from different areas of self-awareness such as coaching, astrology, and psychology.
In 2014, she started studying law at Sofia University, following her initial plan to become a judge someday. During her studies, she discovered many new interests in the field of self-awareness and interpersonal relationships and started developing them. She completed coaching at Noble Manhattan, studied astrology, and became a mediator.
Maya is the type of person who can explore various directions in her professional development, which naturally led her to an interest in career orientation. As a co-author of the Career Revolution program, she has tested it multiple times both as a client and continues to use it when faced with professional dilemmas.
She believes that knowing oneself comes first, and it significantly facilitates making personal and professional decisions.
Gergana Nikolova is a business trainer and a certified life and business coach from Noble Manhattan Coaching. She participates in career orientation projects and develops online training programs.
Her main focus in practice is working with team leaders. This passion arises from her experience as a Senior Team Leader and Senior Training and Development Specialist in two of the largest international outsourcing organizations.
Her observations of different teams and the trainings she organizes and leads provide her with opportunities to work on essential topics such as:
- Leadership
- Team dynamics
- Employee development within the company
- Creating corporate identity, mainly through a coaching approach.
For two years, she was the leader of the Plovdiv Coaching Support Group, and currently, she is a member of Bulgaria Coaching.

Моето име е Елица Костова – кариерен и бизнес консултант и основател на Voca Academy – платформа за цялостно кариерно ориентиране и развитие с авторски програми и методология в комбинация с доказани теории и практики от световно известни лидери в областта. Открих своето призвание през лятото на 2004 г., когато собственикът на бар във Флорида, за който работех, повярва в мен и моите идеи и ме превърна в негов бизнес коуч. Без да разбирам все още собствената си сила, се гмурнах дълбоко, показах му различни стратегии и развивах планове, с които да скалира бизнеса си успешно и стремглаво. В този миг моят кариерен път се изясни и придоби смисъл.
Продължих да се занимавам с коучинг на бизнес клиенти, както и с преподаване в частно училище. Направи ми силно впечатление, че голяма част от децата или не мечтаят смело, или искат просто да станат много богати, без да знаят защо. Така се вдъхнових да създам играта “Пътят на мечтите”, превръщайки я в инструмент за поставяне на желана цел за 6 седмици и предприемане на конкретни стъпки за нейното постигане.
През годините изградихме партньорства с различни организации – помогнахме на близо 400 деца да преминат през кариерно развитие в Пловдив за период от 2 години, обучихме 250 учители, организирахме летни академии и обикаляхме елитни столични училища за безплатни workshop-и. Работата с тях ни мотивира силно и започнахме да разработваме програми за младежи за други организации. Така се роди Career rEvolution – програма, която помога на младежите да намерят своя най-успешен кариерен път на база личностни характеристики, таланти и ценности и да изградят конкретен план за действие по пътя на тяхното професионално бъдеще.
